Cybernetic Loop

Robotics....

This chapter has made me think a lot of about the future of robotics. We take it for a advantage with robot vacuums. but there are movies that are out there that address the idea of a robotic cyborg. I like the idea and the actuality of robots helping humanity. Robot because they are created and not can't change they can't choose whats right from wrong. I think time will tell and what people create and want to use them for. I also like building and programing the robots to work. I like the hands on of robots and making and seeing the affect of your work both physically and computerized.

HTML oh the wonders!!

HTML, it's not for the feint of heart. I think its amazing that the web site you see right now is all built on HTML. My thoughts of the World Wide Web have really become much, much larger since I created a web page about myself. The thought that programmers sit and know and are able to communicate efficiently! it took me hours to to create a simple and let me be clear how simple the web page is. It has not interactive icons or lists or pictures. Just pictures and text, and it took hours. I think HTML programmers are way to smart or just have a lot of time. I think the World wide Web would not be anywhere with out HTML and now I hear about HTML 5! I don't even understand how that works. The Web looks so much bigger and more complex then I ever thought. I feel really small and insignificant compared to it.

if you ever want to feel an inadequacy at something, try HTML...

Coding HTML

The Sagraves Central Page!!!

My first paragraph.

This is how you write a new sentence.

This past week I dabbled in a little HTML, it has been a while since I worked on it. The last time I did HTML was in High school and I still didn't get as much done on the page as I was hoping by tonight, Sunday at 10:45pm. The actual assignment has been more time consuming then I thought, but it's taking the cob webs out. It's been awhile, but now there is a lot more info and helpful tips online to help you out when you forget the command and things of that nature. In high school I had to learn the primary symbols. Then in the spacing and working the pictures around the way I wanted them to show was probably most difficult thing to do. The new HTML translators that are out there to help were just that, very helpful. The general layout of the page is what I would like it to look like. Now this week I am going to take time and make it look better more "attractive." I have to admit I have been thinking about using a emulator at least to show me some more of the complex coding but I was asked not to so I wont.

I need to make it a point to be more on top of this class and working at it harder. I have not been faithful to attend and keep on top of the assignments. I want to be more faithful.

It is better for a man to hear a rebuke of the wise than to hear the songs of the fools. Ecc 7:5.. Thanks Dr. Brown really :)

Binary, it's a doozy

wow, so I have not done binary in a while. the architecture of Binary is simple it's just working the number on a paper or a calculator to remember how to do it. after I read the question I have to write out the values and do only fashion addition. the simplest thing I found was to make sure I need to to add the values up in the proper way. I am a little dyslexic so I had to double check all my answers.

It was neat learning about the sound waves. The difference in the sound waves that humans hear and the sound we hear and how it is translated into bytes. I think that people actually put time into something like that so I can listen to my favorite Dave Matthews Band CD is Awesome! I would like to know whats the difference in the WAV. formats and the MP3 and the ACC.

Also whoever thought that using base 10 because we had 10 fingers should get a Pulitzer prize.
